How it works

Only members of The Luxury Hire Company are eligible to hire from us. Becoming a member could not be easier. All you need to do is fill out the Direct Debit mandate form and you will be off and running (the DD will start from month two; your first month's membership fee will be automatically added to your first bag hire). Membership only costs £8 per month and there is no minimum length of membership.

Once you have become a member you are able to hire from our extensive designer collection. Once you have found the bag that you wish to hire you simply need to stipulate how long you wish to hire the bag. Usually the length of hire that we offer is 7 days or 28 days. If you would like to hire for 14 days simply click the '7 day hire' button twice. Your hire period will commence the day after we have shipped the bag to you.

Once payment has been made your bag will be sent to you by Royal Mail (next day special delivery) at a cost of £11.99 to cover postage and packaging. A special prepaid envelope will be provided for you to cover the return postage. To make a return you just need to take the bag to your nearest post office.

Members are only able to hire one bag at a time (unless you are hiring a suite of luggage), once we have received the bag you are free to hire from us once again.
